Superb location in the middle of Ortigia Island, with easy access to car park. Stylish and spacious apartment with a free upgrade and brand new furnishings. Lovely kitchenette with a proper coffee machine and breakfast supplies provided. Good air-conditioning, quiet surroundings, and excellent facilities. Host communicated via Whatsapp and met us at the car park.

wow, what a place! stayed here for a longer time and it exceeded all expectations. stylish, spacious, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. the host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like stocked fridge and breakfast supplies. perfect central location, walking distance to attractions and beach, yet surprisingly quiet. definitely a favorite!

This centrally located boutique home offers a fantastic location, close to restaurants and shops. The Water suite provides a private rooftop terrace with stunning views to enjoy the sunset and a glass of chilled wine. The owner, Cristina, is attentive and provides excellent service, even stocking the fridge with water, juice, and fruit. The modern and newly renovated apartment is well-equipped with a kitchenette and a big TV.

The steps leading to the suite may be steep for some guests.

Great location, close to major attractions and the beach. the apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. the host was helpful and provided useful recommendations for local restaurants. the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and a cool designer bathroom. the bed was large and comfy, with nice bedsheets and towels.

The communication before arrival was messy and stressful. There was no specific parking advice provided, and we had to rely on limited English support through WhatsApp.

I had an amazing stay at 4 Elements Boutique Home in Syracuse. The view from my balcony was amazing, especially during the fireworks and sunset. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, and had a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils and pans. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and the beach. Cristina, the host, were great too make our stay enjoyable, organizing beach stays and transfers for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday experience!

although the apartment had balconies, they were actually just floor-to-ceiling windows, and not the actual outdoor space we were expecting.
